{Guest Post} Sparkle & Hay

We're taking a break in the program this week... you'll have to wait another week for the next installment of the Tuesday Shoesday outfits! But instead I have a treat for you with the superbly lovely and sweet Erin from Sparkle & Hay doing a boot roundup. A girl can simply never have too many pairs right? My favourite? The cowboy boots... they're certainly the perfect rustic wedding accessory!

Hello lovely Magnolia Rouge readers!  I'm Erin of Sparkle & Hay & I am oh-so excited to be here with you today!  Miss Kate is an endless source of inspiration & talent; her blog is on my absolutely-must-read-everyday list & I  always look forward to what she has to share with us!  That in mind imagine my delight when she asked me to guest post in celebration of Magnolia Rouge's 2 year anniversary - I was positively tickled pink! The first two things that pop into mind when I think of Magnolia Rouge are pretty paper & beautiful inspiration boards.  Admittedly, I attempted a board to share with you today, but was a bit intimidated as Kate is clearly a master of the i-board, so instead I stuck to what I do best: detail round-ups.  Today's detail that I'd love to share is that of bridal boots!

It is not uncommon for a bride to have 2 pairs of shoes for her big day, & more & more often you are seeing that one pair may be boots!  From cowboy to wellies to everything in between they are absolutely adorable, comfortable, & make for one heck of a cute photograph.

Who says boots can't be soft & pretty?

Or maybe you prefer them with a bit of spunk & fun?

& for a downright rustic look, you can't go wrong with a cowboy boot!

So many varieties of boots means there is a style for every bride - which would you pick?

xoxo

The wellies would be my favorite! They're cute in any color. I love the unexpected so when a bride wears boots or an unexpected shoe! Great post Erin!

I absolutely adore this idea! My big sister's getting married later in the year and she's been umming and ahhing over shoes - two pairs sounds like the perfect idea. And hey, if the bride can, the bridesmaid can too, right?

I love that bride in the green house, her dress and the boots are so adorable together! I think cowgirl boots and rain boots would be so fun! Love all of the colors on the rain boots! :)
