Today is a little bit of enviable travel inspiration mixed in with some stunning wedding inspiration... a perfect combination if you ask me!! This stunning Croatian wedding is from my lovely friends Carmen & Ingo Photography. Looking at these shimmering blue seas has me salivating for the summer we never had!! And check out the brides entrance on that boat... I love it!

Steffi & Alex go to Croatia on holiday each year so it was an obvious choice for their destination wedding. Steffi did a lot of DIY; the bunting, the candy bar signs, the ring holder and more... all made by themselves. Looks like they had an amazing day!

TuesdayShoesday {for the love of nautical dressing}

Eeekkk... I'm seriously LOVING this outfit!! So much so I couldn't just choose one pair of shoes... had to go for two! I'm on a bit of a nautical kick this week.. not sure why, perhaps because we've seen signs of spring around here, and I'm dying for warm summer days out on the water!! I was pretty bad last summer at getting out on the water so must make more effort this year! How cute are these little colour block shoes? And the ivory brogues with the jacket and shorts give the outfit a real Katherine Hepburn look to me. Definitely a cute wee outfit for swanning around on some fabulous luxury launch!

Introducing: Mayflower

The next new invitation in the collection I'm showcasing is Mayflower. A few weeks ago I showed Oceanside which is a bit more of a casual yet elegant beach style invite, but I wanted to do something that was a little more old school or 'stately' shall we say. My husband can lay claim to having named this one... when he said Mayflower I thought it fit perfectly. Reminds me of those beautiful old ships  and the sea voyage's people used to go on for months, with their gorgeous leather luggage and outfits chosen carefully for decadent nights up on deck! Ahhh love boat anyone (ok not quite in the same error, but still, I used to love watching them all walk up the plank!! And Gopher... who didn't love Gopher!)
