It's that time of year, we're all manically (if you're anything like me that is!!) trying to think of wonderful ideas to buy for our nearest and dearest. I see a recurring theme in my outfits of late, they're all about summer and they include a lot of stripes!!! I think someone needs to point my husband in the direction of these posts when he's pondering my Christmas presents!! How cute are the little ballet flats with this ensemble?

Ohmigosh it's been weeks since I did my last Outfit of the week post!! Disgraceful! I could really do with a holiday and right now this is a little sampling of what I'd like to pack!! I think I could get a good 4 looks out of this at least. Classic, stylish, chic and with some current trends as well.

TuesdayShoesday {for the love of nautical dressing}

Eeekkk... I'm seriously LOVING this outfit!! So much so I couldn't just choose one pair of shoes... had to go for two! I'm on a bit of a nautical kick this week.. not sure why, perhaps because we've seen signs of spring around here, and I'm dying for warm summer days out on the water!! I was pretty bad last summer at getting out on the water so must make more effort this year! How cute are these little colour block shoes? And the ivory brogues with the jacket and shorts give the outfit a real Katherine Hepburn look to me. Definitely a cute wee outfit for swanning around on some fabulous luxury launch!
