Honeymoons - Rustic Style
Now I know it's not for everyone but personally I can't think of anything more romantic that staying in a rustic, safari style campsite for your honeymoon. Soft floaty muslin bed canopies, roaring open fires, the fresh outdoors, not to mention the sound of nature right outside your window - well tent flap as it may be! These days it doesn't have to be quite so primitive, as there are so many beautiful luxury safari camps, where your every whim is catered for and then some. I know a tropical beach honeymoon is most popular - and it's what I went for myself - and I get that....you're so busy in the lead up to the wedding, you literally want to do nothing. But something like this would be a once in a lifetime trip and having spent time in Africa (albeit not quite in the same luxurious surroundings!!) it is at the top of my must do holidays! To be at one with nature!! Utter bliss in my books! What do you think....beach or adventure honeymoon?

Oh yes please! Even though I'm from South Africa and have been to a few game parks, I've never stayed in anything this luxurious! Would love to one day!
I"ve been wanting to do an African safari for some time and this is exactly where I want to stay!!
Oh, I love this!!!
These places are gorgeous! We stayed in a tent for part of our honeymoon, only it wasnt quite so elegant! :)
