Mexico Wedding

OK, if you're anything like me before you get to the third photo down your bikini will be packed and you'll be winging your way to Mexico! At least in my sweet dreams that is! The sound of mariachi bands and thoughts of cocktails instanly took over when I saw this little beauty in my inbox from Charleston photographers Billy and Rachel Hyer. Coordinated and put together by Bahai Events, George & Lindsay decided to get married in Zihuatanejo (glad this is a written not spoken blog as I think I might embarras myself trying to say that!) after they got engaged there... and well because just look at it people!! Why wouldn't you? Despite the fact that it was a destination wedding they still had 120 guests travel to the beautiful spot to join them on their special day. With authentic food options such as fresh fish and hand made tortillas, and mariachi bands and salsa dancers, they embraced the culture and beauty of the surroundings. And as you can see the views are absolutely sensational! I'm particularly loving the images against the terracotta building with the pop of fuchsia from the flowers! These images cover the pre-wedding portraits, the rehearsal dinner and then of course the main event. Head over to Billy & Rachel's blog to see more of their fabulous work!
Right I'm off to make a margarita and sit in the sun and dream for a while!!

You know me too well-if it weren't freezing, I would have been in a bikini sipping a margarita before I finished scrolling! Absolutely amazing.

I love Mexico and I have a great house I can go to in Puerto Vallarta so must take the opportunity. Would go back to Mexico in the blink of an eye, especially when I see photos like that. I agree with Chris: one of the best weddings you featured so far!

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! The kind of wedding I wanted, but hubby wouldn't let us 'elope'. I especially love her hair - so elegant, yet tropical.
