I have to start off this post with a huge thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!!! I was completely overwhelmed and blown away but all of the lovely comments and feedback on the new site yesterday. It means so much to me and totally made my day... well that and the fact that I could take a few hours off staring at the back end of the website :-). I couldn't have done it without help from some special people. Firstly my fabulous developers at IDesign who I'm sure must sit in their offices rolling their eyes at my incessant need to have the fonts just so (and I have to say, this is something I'm still working on... web friendly fonts are simply not so designer friendly!!) and wonder why I'm asking them to change the smallest of things that I'm sure they can't perceive as being any different!!! Ahh control freaks... aren't we lovely to work with!! I must also thank both Je t'aime for her help with some of the wording... and Steph from Bubblerock who came to my rescue late at night when my brain was mush and I could no longer think up descriptions!! Also huge huge thanks to Aleah & Nick from Valley & Co for their ever so sage advice and help, to Chris from Postcards & Pretties for her very trusted opinion and to Lyndsay from It's a Date Design who was always at the ready on Skype when I needed a second opinion and who can attest to the fact that my design began 12 months ago!! I heart you all!!! And lastly to my husband, who has been ever so patient with the loooong nights I've put in at the computer!!
Next week I'll start a little series on some of the new collection designs with inspiration boards to match but in the meantime I took advantage of the two amazing windless sunny days we had earlier in the week to try and get up to date with my photo shoots!! Today a pretty botanical invite for a Bali wedding... and thanks to the above mentioned genius web developers, I can now have this up on my site in 5 mins flat!!! Hear hear for fast & easy content management!!
