Name that invite...and you could win a magazine!

Okay folks.....I need some help here!! Sometimes (too often actually) I have complete brain freeze coming up with names for new designs, and this is one of those times! I need some help with one of my recent designs so I would REALLY appreciate it if you could leave any suggestions here in the comments. And just to bribe you further to get creative on my behalf, the two names that I choose as my favourites will receive the latest issue of NZ Weddings magazine, and trust me, it's a stunner with beautiful fashion shoots and some inspiring tablescape spreads.
So get those {creative} thinking caps on and help me with my little naming dilemma!!

The winners will be announced on Monday morning.

These are lovely! How about "Papilio" (Latin for 'butterfly') or "Avis" (Latin for 'bird')?

oooh I do like Papilio - thanks!

"Love & Fly" or "Birdsong-Lovesong"
It is hard to name an invitation. Will have to think more :D
I like Michelle's options though :D

The only french word that stuck with me after high school was Oiseau. It means bird. i just love the way it sounds {pronounced wa-zoh}

You could also write in "phonetic" which bring a little bit of mystery.

"Wazoh" is kind of cool. And totally different. And yeah, it does mean bird in French.

ok, firstly 'oiseau' is rather beautiful....wazoh - hilarious. Makes me laugh! Mmm this could be an interesting decision!

only problem is if you name it oiseau, the lay-person might not get the pronunciation. On the other hand it could be a learning curve for them if they choose that design

Hi Kate! I think that Michelle has the nicest idea... When I looked at the bird and butterfly it made me think of the word
species - which is totally ugly but what about Darwin? (as in Charles - not that I am an evolutionist!)

I really think you could call it:

[Wa-Zoh]

with the brackets. It's different! And could be nicely "designed" with the font you choose!

OK, I should really be working but what about Fauna or Woodlands??

Thanks girls! These names are great, I can see I'm going to have a few to keep in reserve for future designs. I'm quite liking Darwin as well!

It is quite a quirky design, so I think something like..."Fly me to the moon"...sounds like it could be an OPI nail polish!

im not sure how you name your designs generally but i think its cool how OPI names all the colours in a range along with the theme. you could choose all NZ native flora/fauna names or french place names, whatever you fancy for a group of designs?

Hi, what about "Nature's rest" (or does it sound like the name of a B&B in the Lake District!?!).
